The American Technion Society (ATS) is currently seeking a Part-Time Email Coordinator to join their growing organization. This position is a hybrid New York Metro-based role.

The American Technion Society (ATS) supports visionary education and world-changing impact through the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Based in New York City, it represents thousands of US donors, alumni, and stakeholders who invest in the Technion’s growth and innovation to advance critical research and technologies that serve the State of Israel and the global good. ATS employs a staff of 60 + that work from New York and in regional offices across the United States.
YOUR ROLE
The Email Coordinator will support the organization’s digital communications by executing email campaigns that engage supporters, drive participation in programs and events, and strengthen donor relationships. This part-time role (20 hours/week) focuses on day-to-day email production and list management.
SKILLS and STRENGTHS
Email and Events
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Engaging Networks
- Collaborate with marketing and fundraising colleagues to ensure timely execution of email communications
- Work with copywriter and designer to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
- Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene, including imports and suppression lists
- Maintain an organized email calendar and track deadlines
- Support A/B testing and other optimization projects as needed
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, communications, or related field
- Familiarity with Engaging Networks or similar email marketing system, Monday.com, Canva.com
- Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email a plus
